Tonight, The Dallas Institute for Humanities and Culture will present its sixth annual symposium highlighting one of the most crucial but often neglected aspects of the American Civil Rights Movement: the law. In MLK, Jr.'s words, "A just law is a man-made code that squares with the moral law or the law of god. An unjust law is a code that is out of harmony with the moral law." The speakers tonight will include the high-profile senior analyst for CNN and staff writer for The New Yorker, Jeffrey Toobin, one of the country's most esteemeed experts on politics, media and the law. The second speaker will be veteran civil rights attorney, Fred Gray. For more information click here. FOR TICKETS: purchase online at http://www.attpac.org/ or pay upon arrival to the box office.
