Grab your friends, family and colleagues (we know you like at least one of them) and head to YOLK. this Saturday, February 20th for the monthly charity brunch benefiting Center for BrainHealth's young professionals' organization, Think Ahead Group (TAG). These 20- and 30- somethings are dedicated to promoting and teaching our community the importance of understanding the current and future health of our brains.
Nosh on some brain food like yummy banana-blueberry pancakes or the YOLK. berry bliss made with Greek yogurt, fresh berries, almond granola and clover honey. Don't fret kale lovers, we've got you covered. Dig your forks into the kale scrambler complete with farm-fresh eggs, sautéed kale, caramelized onions, tomato and goat cheese. Remember, YOLK. is BYOB so don't forget the fixin’s for your home-made pitchers of bottomless mimosas, bloody Marys, sangria and screwdrivers!
All day long, every patron who enjoys any dish or beverage off the YOLK. menu will be supporting TAG, which raises money to further research at the Center for BrainHealth that discovers and implements new ways to understand, protect, and heal the human brain. Each month, YOLK. partners with a deserving charity in North Texas and donates 10% of the entire day’s sales to that organization.
