Dallas Arts Districts Fall Block Party and Aurora Lights Exhibit This Friday!

FALL BLOCK PARTY:  This Friday, October 18th, is THE Fall Block Party you will not want to miss nestled in the heart of the Dallas Arts District!  This party not only combines Late Night at the Dallas Museum of Art, ‘til Midnight at the Nasher Sculpture Center, and the Crow Collection After Dark festivities but offers free general admission, music, movies, and live entertainment! 

 
AURORA LIGHT EXHIBIT:   The Dallas Morning News is hosting its annual Aurora exhibit, Light of Convergence 2013 in the Dallas Arts District.  The entire 68-acre footprint will showcase various artists using the natural surroundings provided by the District’s landscape in order to display their work.  One Arts Plaza is proud to be one of the many highlighted locations for this year’s exhibit, which includes the Dallas Museum of Art, the Winspear Opera House, the Wyly Theater, the Meyerson Symphony Center, Klyde Warren Park and more.  Patrons should expect a multi-sensory and participatory experience from dozen of exhibits that are sure to be unexpected and magical to witness!  This is an event you cannot miss.

Do not miss the 3D Printed Sculpture SculptCAD Rapid Artist in the One Arts Plaza Lobby.

PARKING AND EXPLORING THE EXHIBIT:  Please feel free to utilize the valet parking at One Arts Plaza on the north side near the 7-Eleven.  The cost for valet will be $5 and attendees will be able to enter both events from any point in the District and can create their own path of artistic enjoyment through art, live entertainment, museums, and all the uniqueness the District has to offer.
