Lucilo Peña

Lucilo Peña, president of Billingsley Development Company, has overseen design, engineering, construction and master planning for Digital Island, Accor Corporate Headquarters, as well as the award-winning International Business Park and Austin Ranch.

Previous to Billingsley, Lucilo was president of the Travelstead Group in Spain and coordinated work for the Parc de Mar Project in the Olympic Village in Barcelona, which comprised a Ritz-Carlton Hotel, luxury apartments, an office building and a retail center.

He holds a Bachelor of Design degree from the University of Florida, Bachelor and Master of Architecture degrees from Cornell University, with additional studies at Harvard University, Kunstlerhaus Bethanien, and Université de Paris, Sorbonne.
